Payment terms are within J&D's sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by J&D, payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment for Product may be made by cash, wire transfer (30% in advance, 70% before shipment), Letter of credit or some other prearranged payment method. Your order will normally be dispatched within 10-15 working days of receipt of your payment, however, please note that shipping times can vary due to manufacturer availability. J&D recommends that you email us first to request an exact shipping time prior to purchasing your order. Please note if paying by wire transfer, you should allow an extra 3-5 working days for the payment to clear. J&D's standard pricing policy for Goldsan -branded products. J&D is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by J&D and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

By this Guarantee, J&D guarantees the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of original purchase for a period of ONE YEAR from that date.
If within the guarantee period the product is determined to be defective (at the date of original purchase) due to improper materials or workmanship, J&D will, without charge for labour or parts, repair or replace the product. This guarantee does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, damage incurred by incorrect use or not following manufacturers instructions or power failure and over loading. The goods must not be modified or repaired by anyone other than one of our engineers or nominated service agents. Any products that have not failed due to manufacturing defect will be repaired at the cost of the customer. J&D reserves judgment on this and our decision is final. Carriage costs for the return of goods to J&D will be the responsibility of the customer.
